Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington is one of the largest affiliate of Boys & Girls Clubs of America. We have been helping youth for 120 years. Our Clubs are designed to meet the needs of the communities we serve: in a sense they are a reflection of you!
From public schools to public housing, Clubs throughout the metropolitan area come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Some are full-service, self-sustaining facilities; some operate out of two-plus bedroom apartments in public housing complexes; and some share space with high schools and elementary schools.
The opportunities we give young people allow them to dream again. Our staff, supported by a dedicated group of volunteers, shows kids how to turn those dreams into a reality through planning, education and hard work.
