There will be a private one-on-one session from 12:30 P.M. -1:00 P.M. with Vernon and 10 of our Club kids. The location of this activity is TBD (either at the store or the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City).
The 20% of proceeds campaign will run from June-August. Fliers, social media post, Constant Contact email, website landing page and press releases will be used to promote the event.
This summer, a free educational program that has brought hands-on science fun to thousands of children will expand from four locations on the East Coast to an additional 12 sites nationwide.
The national expansion of Science in the Summer, which is sponsored by GSK, administered by AAAS, and hosted by science centers and museums, encourages students to learn more about science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) while minimizing the impact of summer learning loss.
